1. Worst App, One Month money of Subscription was been paid and I couldn't even use it due to everytime it asks to pay.. Even after paying.. Now again second month subscription is been deducted automatically still it is not working.. these people are minting money and App doesn't work.. Google should return my money..All saying expansive recharge of coins, but you can see that calling prise is also only 50 coins for video call , in my view it is not expansive because call price is also small.

I'll gladly change my review if something is done about it and it's a leget case I never said a single thing rude to them.This app and apps like this one are all bullshst, the girls are probably not even real, even if they are you have to pay to chat with them for a small amount at first and that girl will have you thinking she is very interested in you, that is when she will try to get you to buy more time to be able to continue to chat, before you know it you have dropped a small fortune.

3. This is really bad experience.Oh no...you gotta pay to re receive and send video chats plus pay for text messaging as well! After a boring 5 minute interaction with a female I'm certain is underage, immediately deleting app and mad about the loss of my dollars!Bad bad bad! You can't even chat anyone and almost all voice notes and messages coming in seems to be recorded and automated.

4. Beware of these adult apps and stay away, trust me I know!!This app is AWFUL !!! Every time I try to answer a call or send a message , I get the same pop-up about joining .

1. Fix Bolo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bolo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bolo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bolo" » Open Bolo - Random Match Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bolo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bolo - Random Match Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bolo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bolo - Random Match Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bolo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bolo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bolo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bolo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bolo not working

2. Fix Bolo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bolo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bolo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bolo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
