1. uninstalling and wont watch anymore.I absolutely love this app and all of the content is fantastic but one of the things that I use all the time is Chromecast and with this app, it just flat out does not work.

2. You cannot watch all shows in a row the app randomly plays what motor trend wants to push.

3. I also miss the app having so many older shows and videos.Very finicky connecting from an android phone to a Samsung TV.

4. All in all I'm happy with my annual subscription (watch on Roku too) but it could be better.Long time supporter of this app, but your casting feature has all but disappeared from the mobile platform on the Android side.

5. This time im needing xbox app and an app on my phone to control the TV...strange. i spent the last hour trying to figure out how to get it to sync to my TV and unable to do so.

6. Works great on the apple tv, but waste of time if you have a Samsung phone and Samsung TV.

7. I know my connection is solid because i have no issues casting other services like youtube, etc.. kinda bums me out.Good and growing catalog of content but the app could use some improvement.

8. Wish the app on the TV would just load the content vs loading them on my phone than sharing them to the tv... Update! Still garbage! Going to cancel service.

1. Fix MotorTrend Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MotorTrend: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MotorTrend App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MotorTrend" » Open MotorTrend » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MotorTrend » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MotorTrend app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MotorTrend servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MotorTrend" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MotorTrend app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MotorTrend might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MotorTrend. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MotorTrend then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MotorTrend not working

2. Fix MotorTrend Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MotorTrend be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MotorTrend not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MotorTrend may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
