I advice you not to waste your energy and space by downloading this app!!!From the look of the app it a nice app but when i installed the app it keeps coming out by itself i hope you could look into this matter and fix it i had hope of making new friend s but the app is not working whays the use😢😢,if i could give half a star i would have done so pls look into this matter and fix itCan't help but notice you need to friking buy to say hey like wth i just got the app someone started talking and I needed to watch an ad or buy vip to say hello back so I watched an ad and got 10 free things to say ok cool but when I tried to send it the ad thing poped up again there was no way for me to say anything deleting it rn if it normally works for anyone good job :) but I don't like this -.-Its taking forever to register.

2. What a waste of time!Worst app I have ever seen for you to text someone it refuses until u buy vip and watch ad but there are no ads available 😠😡So many adds .

1. Fix Hey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hey" » Open Hey - Meet new Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hey - Meet new Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hey - Meet new Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hey not working

2. Fix Hey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
