1. Fix Kanji Hero Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Kanji Hero: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Kanji Hero App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kanji Hero" » Open Kanji Hero - Học chữ Hán tiếng » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kanji Hero » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Kanji Hero - Học chữ Hán tiếng app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kanji Hero servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kanji Hero - Học chữ Hán tiếng" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Kanji Hero app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kanji Hero might not work.
