1. Can't click on it, won't open to a new web browser, in fact it does absolutely nothing at all!! Waste of time and all they want you to do is upgrade to the paid version in order for the scanner to properly work!!👎👎👎After downloading this app, I spent time using the features it offers and I was actually very surprised that it exceeded all of the great reviews it has gotten! I was so skeptical of all the excellent reviews that were so equally complimentary, that I was somehow morphing into a conspiracy theorist! After I spent the time trying to prove it was a marketing set-up, I happily felt like a fool, because they were correct with this one!! It is truly awesome compared to any other one I've used!Absolutely useless! I try to scan a QR pic, but it makes me set up higher security on my phone.

Some of my favorites include: • Opening a QR code from device storage • The option to read a QR code's text rather than automatically opening the webpage • Creation of QR codes straight from text • Creation of QR codes for several specific things, like contacts, wifi, or location Other than the first one, I've never seen another QR code app do these things.Terrible, trys and succeeds on fooling you.

3. If I used this kind of utility more often, I'd buy the pro version without hesitation.As a blind person, I've been looking for something that will help me identify products while shopping, I downloaded another scanner and found too many buttons my screen readout couldn't identify.

4. This scanner has only 3 such buttons, when you scan a UPC there are 3 buttons, add to favorites, notes, and copy to clipboard, which are not labeled properly for the screen readout to identify.

5. Also, next time I'll read the one star reviews, others seem to have had the same experience.Nope, I elected to have my scans sent to my phone.

6. Uninstalled!This qr code scanner has the most practical capabilities I've ever seen, and I'm only using the free version.

7. I've scanned many barcodes with quick, excellent recognition.(tiny, damaged, low contrast, etc.) Of course some of this can be dependent on your phone's capabilities.

8. I can now order takeout from home & pick it up or use a delivery service.I just downloaded the app tried to use it once and already popping up to upgrade to the paying version and I declined.

9. When I scanned the QR code I need to find out about because it's from the post office about a letter I'm waiting for, it scans the code and nothing else.

10. Set up the Samsung pass, as required, and then it asks me to set it up for other apps instead of taking me where to what I'm trying to open.

1. Restart QR & Barcode Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QR & Barcode Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QR & Barcode Reader" » Open QR & Barcode Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QR & Barcode Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QR & Barcode Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QR & Barcode Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QR & Barcode Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QR & Barcode Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QR & Barcode Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QR & Barcode Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QR & Barcode Reader then reinstall.
