Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TC Issues

1. Fix TC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TC App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TC" » Open TC: Play Games & Earn Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TC » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TC: Play Games & Earn Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TC servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TC: Play Games & Earn Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TC might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TC then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TC not working


2. Fix TC Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I played bricks n balls all day when I go to my tap champs it says I'm level six but I took a snapshot of the games and I'm on level 43.

I messaged the same thing many times, but I really want to fix this problem. Like last month I tried or the month before that i tried to delete my account when it was deleted I tried to create a new one then it says I already have account . this is the first one they said I already had. Next thing I notice it says I'm banned. I tried to start over without having two emails. I really want to be able to play tap champs again I will use my original account.

I tried to delete my email but it wasn't deleted. when I thought it was deleted, I tried to start over with a new one, but it says I still have an email. It says I am banned. I know two accounts aren't allowed that's why I choose to delete and create a new one.
