Why should I report an Issue with Quizzy - Learn and Earn Money?

1. So how can you cash out?Had not been able to register due to a notice claiming that my email had not existed have no idea what the ... That means but whatever lol hahIts so dissapointing ,i installed the app but it cannot open, says no connection foundI paid for the 7 days premium and it still says I don't have premium what the heck !This app sucks, trying to make and account won't let u put ur birthday In.Bad app every time adIs this app even working anymore? I mean, are people even using it?! I think it's Dead myself.

I downloaded this app hoping to meet new people and earn at the same time but when it's time to register they'd ask you to upload a photo as your profile when you click to select a photo and select it ,they'll log you out of the app entirely.and the same thing happens all over again ..once you've selected the photo you want to use ..they'll take you to your home screen.Uninstalling immediately.what a waste of timeIt a nice app but the ad in the app is too much,before i could chat with one person there will be like more than 4 ad and it so annoying,please try and fix it,work on the adPure trash.

3. Trying to update the age preference is a total joke, and you can't delete your profile.

4. And none of it is in English.This app is the most horrible app in the play store.You can't edit your profile and you can't delete it.You have no control over your profile.

1. Fix Quizzy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quizzy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quizzy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quizzy" » Open Quizzy - Learn and Earn Money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quizzy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quizzy - Learn and Earn Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quizzy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quizzy - Learn and Earn Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quizzy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quizzy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quizzy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quizzy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quizzy not working

2. Fix Quizzy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quizzy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quizzy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quizzy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
