1. So I click 'reset password', I receive the email, I click 'new password' and it takes me to login page, so unable to create a new password!! That's why the app is useless when you can't login! The worst part is no response at all from Sun Express to this issue which still exists today, June 16th 2023.

2. Also, cannot link a booking to your account so have to repeatedly enter all your details onto their website everytime you want to see your flights.Won't let you check in unless you book extras (demanding payment for 0.00). This is just a ploy to get you to pay €5 each at the airport.

3. Doesnt remember credentials, cant see what password you type, keeps loading after login, can't find booking nr, can't use fb login, very slow overall, not practical.

4. Don't bother with the crapp; just use the website and download the boarding pass, or simpler still, just give them two local currency units and check-in at the airport.Useless app.

5. Big airline, stupid app..It is not working when you login with your account !? Pofff You can't login even suggested way Facebook !No activation email.

6. Useless.You have to login every time you open the app (enter the long lines with email and password).

7. It's possible to log-in via the website (it's impossible to log-in with the crapp) but you can only do an online check-in 36 hours before departure.

8. The app has lost my business with the airline.Never got the confirmation email so I'm unable to finish registration or book a flight.

9. First, it takes hours for Plummet Airlines to send the verification email, then even longer for the verification to register.

10. After filling the fields for check-in i've got everything per email, but in the app isn't displayed (flight boked through travel agency).

11. In this case it makes nonsense to have the app installed...App cannot find my booking.

1. Fix SunExpress Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SunExpress: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SunExpress App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SunExpress" » Open SunExpress » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SunExpress » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SunExpress app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SunExpress servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SunExpress" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SunExpress app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SunExpress might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SunExpress. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SunExpress then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SunExpress not working

2. Fix SunExpress Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SunExpress be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SunExpress not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SunExpress may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
