I'm uninstalling IMMEDIATELY!You're app needs to be updated more secure service I should not have to hit the back button and then restarted to watch Live TV or close it out completely out of my phone and then restarted every 2 minutesNo matter what provider I sign in with, and I have 2, it says full episodes not available for streaming.

2. Also would be nice before we waste our time downloading the app tell us must have cable or satellite.Worst live stream app ever! I logged in with my provider to watch live tv and the app keeps buffing.

5. it asks you to sign in with your provider everytime you try to watch something then it never loads the page or show.

6. You have to sign in to cox every time you try opening the live tv and the only reason I try fighting this piece of dodo is for Hogans Heroes.

7. you can tell this app is run by communists because no one is willing to work or fix it and it stays broken while they wait for someone new to become a communist to see them wkLike all the apps Netflix hulu ect... the all are not doing well.

8. You think I'll just chill and watch a movie or series and 2hours later it's been rebooted 24 times.

9. I tried typing in "true crime" & only Law & Order pops up....then I typed in "documentaries", & Rambo pops up.

10. And that's IF the app does not freeze also or is even willing to reopen.this app is completely useless because it never works on fire tv.

1. Fix SundanceTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SundanceTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SundanceTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SundanceTV" » Open SundanceTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SundanceTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SundanceTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SundanceTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SundanceTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SundanceTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SundanceTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SundanceTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SundanceTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SundanceTV not working

2. Fix SundanceTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SundanceTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SundanceTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SundanceTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
