1. I have given feedback twice now on the Contact Us link, with no replies received from anyone! So, instead of stumbler being #1 in my book, I am now on the lookout for other interesting sites that offer reliable streaming.

2. When I went to the search and clicked on a lot of the options it said " it seems u have been watching a lot of these videos we r working on uploading more " but it never did.

4. But thus is a prime example of why this app will never be as popular as the others.I love this site and was becoming addicted; until now.. Too frustrating for waitng on screen pics to show.

6. It's a shame, because the app is quite good otherwise, but I'm disappointed.I would have put a 5 star review before I noticed this 'update' I reopened the app and started seeing a lot of ads like after every 3 videos and also under the videos there where really disturbing ads.

7. I've contacted the support email in their play store info, and that email exists at least but this is a much longer process than it needed to be if the app just included a button that allows you to delete your account if you so seek.

8. I used to love this app but now it is screwed up to the next level.The videos are nice but the app is unrefined and missing features.

9. Now it seems they have fixed some of it but u still only get a few videos in when it stops letting u swipe to the left for more videos.

1. Fix Stumbler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stumbler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stumbler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stumbler" » Open Stumbler: Hottest Vids & Pics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stumbler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stumbler: Hottest Vids & Pics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stumbler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stumbler: Hottest Vids & Pics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stumbler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stumbler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stumbler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stumbler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stumbler not working

2. Fix Stumbler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stumbler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stumbler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stumbler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
