1. Server lagging issue, we couldn't upload the videos & when I m watching others video comparing our kids video seriously not getting criteria of selection.let it be.

2. When I have to upload any video or photo on krayon app I click on student registration and add record and then choose file.

8. I can't do nothing .An amazing app which not only helped me polish up my skills but also put them to test at the same time! Be it singing or dancing, public speaking or film making- it has diverse masterclasses for all of them.

9. Automatically camera starts and if I click photo on camera and fill the theme it comes not correct file .

10. it showed 'saving file' for nearly an hour without showing any status of progress.yeah, but after getting in touch it has been really helpful.

1. Fix Krayon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Krayon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Krayon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Krayon" » Open Krayon: Learn & Engage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Krayon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Krayon: Learn & Engage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Krayon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Krayon: Learn & Engage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Krayon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Krayon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Krayon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Krayon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Krayon not working

2. Fix Krayon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Krayon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Krayon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Krayon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
