1. What about my hard work......?I also faced same case in another competition.There is a demerit in this app is I can't upload my profile picture and bio also the cover picture from my gallery what I want.The app is very slow and it doesn't show the contents posted from the app, doesn't show any notification on it as well, moreover the word limitation is too low in app, we all would be glad if you can work on it then the app would be very handy to use.

2. Interface, Timeline settings, Content formatting options etc to give it presentable look and there should be a option for video content (not mandatory but preferable).... where writers can create short films, musical poetry, animated contents.

3. Personally I feel that the team should promote new writers and there should be a proper place where we can promote our new writings by interacting with others, as there's no place for interaction we really don't understand if people like our content or not.

4. I was writing a story in draft and when i closed after saving, it vanished!! If you can't take responsibility of the content of people then don't give a draft option.

5. Happy to be a part of Storymirror family.🖤I felt this app as too slow to edit profile and to post any things in it.

6. So, Please solve this slow problem as soon as possible.It's a good app for sure but there's a lot of things which need to be fixed.

11. I was going to submit it for a contest but because of you, I can't!The worst app I have ever seen.I wrote 8 contents for a competition,but all in vain.

1. Fix StoryMirror Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StoryMirror: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StoryMirror App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StoryMirror" » Open StoryMirror: Story,Poem &Audio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StoryMirror » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StoryMirror: Story,Poem &Audio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StoryMirror servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StoryMirror: Story,Poem &Audio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StoryMirror app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StoryMirror might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StoryMirror. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StoryMirror then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StoryMirror not working

2. Fix StoryMirror Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StoryMirror be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StoryMirror not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StoryMirror may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
