I ended up uninstalling the app, because i was afraid it may have a virus.I find the app really innovative because it makes writing poetry and lyrics so much easier as I no longer have to switch between my notes app and my browser everytime and I don't have to go through so much different tabs to make notes or when I'm jotting down ideasThis app was so great & then all of a sudden it just stopped opening & I've been unable to get access to loads & loads of my poems.

8. i do wish that the "Select All" function worked when i long press, rather than trying to drag the cursor to the edge of the screen in order to get all of the text.Overall, not a bad app.

1. Fix Poetry Builder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Poetry Builder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Poetry Builder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Poetry Builder" » Open Poetry Builder - Write Poems, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Poetry Builder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Poetry Builder - Write Poems, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Poetry Builder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Poetry Builder - Write Poems, " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Poetry Builder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Poetry Builder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Poetry Builder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Poetry Builder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Poetry Builder not working

2. Fix Poetry Builder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Poetry Builder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
