1. You can't see them in the app, and if you try to go to those settings by clicking the link at the bottom of an email, the app will get frozen while trying to open because those settings just aren't accessible on the app.Lots of weird issues with things like constant refreshing making the app very difficult to use in split screen mode.
2. You place your order, and it takes a little bit more time to receive your purchase because the seller is forced to send the item to StockX to verify that the item purchased is authentic.
3. It ain't my fault your glitchy app wouldnt verify my email in the first place.Good experience with the first pair I bought.
4. Still not sure about buying another pair due to false advertising from sellers saying they have it but they dont.I never search for collectibles, yet it is the unchangeable default category shown when I open searches (when it would be more beneficial to show the featured sneakers).
5. The level of precision necessary to click the "View All Asks" link on a product page without opening a new bid is not unlike trying to shake hands with an ant.Always heard horror stories about stock X because thats where all the scalpers go.
6. I think Stock X itself is great, and their authentication is definitely on point, I only have one issue and that's been the shipping.
7. Interface is trash, you pay more fees than the product itself in some instances, they take more than half your profit in other instances as well, make dumb promotions like half off seller fees and further ruining the market.
8. It was very broken at one point then fixed & now is very misaligned.Terrible customer service, good luck if you have any issues.
9. Sellers just sit on the item I purchased, and when they finally do ship, it takes weeks to get to stock x and to my front door.
10. Had attempted my first purchase with them, they said "unable to verify billing address" and so I went through my bank to get the right address.
11. But it's also a great place to order hot items over seas and things that are sold out everywhere or no longer manufactured.
I got fake Jordan’s sent to me in a Nike box from Hong Kong and I am demanding a refund. It’s impossible to get in contact with StockX . Please fix ASAP
