6. Now it's hard to even FIND people unless you pay for premium: your options are to search for people in your exact city or to see everyone in the entire country.

7. Now, with the most current update I can only view people in the city I live in unless I pay for membership.

8. If you login once incorrectly it flags you for "suspicious activity"; I've tried to put in several requests for it to be fixed, their voice mail box for customer service is always full, and I've been on their 'waitlist' for basic access for a week now.

9. If you want to message them or see who likes you or swipe on more people you have to pay and minimum is $33 for a month.

10. No surrounding areas unless you choose anywhere and then it shows people outside of your surrounding area in different states.

11. Can't send msgs even if you match unless your a paying member.I'm just going to say the idea of the app love it! The UI on the other hand sucks.

1. Fix Positive Singles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Positive Singles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Positive Singles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Positive Singles" » Open Positive Singles®: Herpes Date » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Positive Singles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Positive Singles®: Herpes Date app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Positive Singles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Positive Singles®: Herpes Date" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Positive Singles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Positive Singles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Positive Singles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Positive Singles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Positive Singles not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Positive Singles be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
