2. The more interesting thing is the fact that you get to colour the characters and they come alive through the augmented reality feature, you should see the excitement on my kids face when she sees them.

1. Fix Color Quest AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color Quest AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color Quest AR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color Quest AR" » Open Color Quest AR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color Quest AR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color Quest AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color Quest AR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color Quest AR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color Quest AR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color Quest AR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color Quest AR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color Quest AR then reinstall.
