1. Seems good but needs restructure to allow entry at different proficiency levels.It's by far the best software for mental math I've found, It's higly customizable and easy to adapt to your level of difficulty.

4. Helped me to iron out kinks in my basic algebra skills, get fast at timestables, internalise exponentials and roots and make applying math overall more intuitive.

5. Anything useful seems locked behind a payment, but I can't see if there's anything useful to me unless I grind a bunch of basic math for children, so I don't know if it's worth paying for.

6. I have a suggestion please, can you add the time option of eg 4, 5, 6 or 10 seconds PER equation? because the current time option only gives an overall time limit for the whole exercise, so there is no sense of trying to solve it quickly before the time runs out.

1. Fix Matix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Matix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Matix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Matix" » Open Matix - Mental math game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Matix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Matix - Mental math game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Matix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Matix - Mental math game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Matix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Matix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Matix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Matix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Matix not working

2. Fix Matix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Matix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Matix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Matix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
