1. Time to move on.It worked ok creating a post until I couldn't get the excerpt to "stick" (and the window for inputting excerpt text was grossly undersized and inhibited managing it), couldn't figure out how to put in post thumbnail image, and then couldn't figure out how to publish without editing and making changes to text.

2. UPDATE Jan 12******* I don't have time to work with customer support, unless they're willing to pay me as a QA contractor, lol! But this app looks really great in terms of having whole site functionality and continuity, so great job Squarespace.

3. It works great for fulfilling my orders as well as analytics but when I'm away from my laptop or it's dead without a charger I need to be able to utilize the "add product" feature and it's buggy the whole way through.

4. I can't update some portions like the gallery because pressing the edit button just makes it blip on the screen and disappear.

5. However, I still couldn't get the excerpt to stick, and the space for writing is tiny, the design needs work.

6. All in all, there seems to be a great foundation and path in place, but I've experienced enough bumps during actual usage that make it less than a 5 star experience.

7. (My internet is great)I went in to make a small adjustment to the description on a piece in my website's gallery and it won't even let me select it to make a change.

8. It puts long indentions in my description, doesn't allow punctuation, which leaves it a jumbled mess, and takes 15 minutes for 1 letter to type.

9. It opens to a random screen editing the quantity of a product which could affect my business if my finger were to slip.

10. After hours waiting for it to download to my Samsung Tablet it opens in the portrait mode which would not be a problem if I had fingers the size if a mouse.

1. Fix Squarespace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Squarespace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Squarespace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Squarespace" » Open Squarespace: Run your business » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Squarespace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Squarespace: Run your business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Squarespace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Squarespace: Run your business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Squarespace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Squarespace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Squarespace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Squarespace then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Squarespace not working

2. Fix Squarespace Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Squarespace be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Squarespace not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Squarespace may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
