1. Also the app never remembers the playset and requires a reconnect at every play, including a screen timeout which is annoying.Update: All the Square Panda apps were awesome.

2. We will definitely no longer consider purchasing any Square Panda products until this situation is fixed.I bought the play set and was excited for my preschooler to use this.

Waste!I just purchased this product at BJs wholesale club and I am extremely annoyed already because I was so ready for my daughter to get on it and she was happy with her surprise today.i followed all the steps but everytime I get to the sign up part in the app, it keep giving me a message saying it has stopped.

4. We just received the hardware as a Christmas present, and opened the apps on an older tablet (Galaxy Tab4) - it worked, but most parts were slow and buggy.

1. Fix Square Panda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Square Panda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Square Panda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Square Panda" » Open Square Panda - Learn to Read » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Square Panda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Square Panda - Learn to Read app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Square Panda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Square Panda - Learn to Read" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Square Panda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Square Panda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Square Panda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Square Panda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Square Panda not working

2. Fix Square Panda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Square Panda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Square Panda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Square Panda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
