1. What's worse is that even though it gives me the option to receive my pin through email, I haven't received the email.Just downloaded this & I've so many things I like Except the cursor issue! It's hard to scroll down unless you hold the cursor down or exit keyboard.

7. I lowered my rating because when I switch phones there is no way to retrieve the other entries and I have to pay again to remove the ads(although 99 cents is not too bad).

8. One thing that would improve this app is to have a sort of "save" option where it shows the finished entry out of edit mode.

1. Fix My Dark Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Dark Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Dark Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Dark Diary" » Open My Dark Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Dark Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Dark Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Dark Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Dark Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Dark Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Dark Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Dark Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Dark Diary then reinstall.
