1. The Rewards program itself is decent, I've redeemed many points for PS credit - but it's entirely useless if it's not letting me redeem points in the first place!!!90 percent of the time, this app doesn't work.

2. 3 stars.While there's some improvements in the new version, the PlayStation rewards catalog is still messy to navigate though: it's based on the website instead of being native in the app, so it's still in a light theme while the rest of the app is dark; sorting by "new arrivals" doesn't actually sort by new arrivals; and the "sale" toggle doesn't show anything on sale (it actually hides all results?).

3. They must have paid attention to reviews and fix some bugs with an update... all is good! Redeeming my points is a breeze now! 👍It's weird to ask for a review so soon after installation.

4. Anytime I've gone to redeem points, it takes anywhere from 10 mins to half an hour to redeem, then anywhere from half an hour to an hour for the email to be sent out with your code.

1. Fix Sony Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sony Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sony Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sony Rewards" » Open Sony Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sony Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sony Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sony Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sony Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sony Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sony Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sony Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sony Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sony Rewards not working

2. Fix Sony Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sony Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sony Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sony Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
