1. Customer service has reached out to me regarding my concerns of this app, all that was discussed, and suggested to do, (troubleshooting) still hasn't been resolved.hearing was great but I had a problem getting phone calls through it would just make a dead sound when people called and couldn't answer it it's a it's a shame it really did help the hearing claritywhen I tried to sign in nothing happened.
2. otherwise I wouldn't use this app and pay $10 bucks a month just for lacking features that just screech and don't have any idea what's changes have been madeWas very excited when I heard about this app, unfortunately when downloaded (twice) it didn't work at all, said it has a bug and to try again after developer fixes it.Downloaded this app, thought it would be a good app to have, not so.
3. This app really is amazing.i could barely hear my phone when i downloaded your app, now i can not hear it at all, so disappointing.Service was great ! My only regret is i can't get SonicCloud through my Android phone for my TV.technical support unresponsive, the program has too many clitches.too much trouble but it is clearer.
4. Followed the instructions and yet I'm missing calls, people are not able to leave any voicemails, it also say that my number is not a working number.
5. It requires internet data or wifi to use including making calls that's big Noo!!! The app is a bit confusing to use especially the enhancements.
6. The best feature is the booster that makes listening a haven for those of us with hard of hearing conditions.
7. I need versatility as my hearing loss fluctuates.
8. And oh, your suppose to be able to use this app for messages(text) that doesn't work either.
9. My hearing us pretty bad so Ou need more.
10. The screen just stays white and doesn't connect.
