1. The Social detective app has great potential to be better.I have two Facebook accounts that are unique with different passwords, one of those I haven't used in 2 years but somehow it always shows it as my number one follower and the arrow is always pointing up even though I haven't logged into that Facebook account for 2 years! So I really don't know how it's calculating results.Tested the app.

2. Its unclear how this app works but I think the person at the top is the most recent person to look at my FB profile and the green up arrow means the person has looked at it since the last time I checked.

3. Had my friend look at my profile on FB and it didn't even show up yet is showing people that I do know but don't have them on my FB... I think the app is just throwing random profiles up just to make it look like it's working properly.

4. Overall I think the app works as advertised but wish there was some kind of documentation with it.It used to work really well but now it's the same across as the apps that the same company run - the follower list stops at 21 and doesn't update with new stats.

5. A bit annoying and time consuming if you have a lot of followers/friends or visitors.It's a good app considering it's free, the only problem is that while looking at the Facebook followers it gets stuck or logs me out suddenly.

6. I have had interactions with people on both fb and Insta and when i have checked the App it shows those people at the bottom of the list or with a line symbol or downward red arrow.

7. How does that work?Pretty good free app for figuring out who is looking at your profile, including people that are not your fb friends.

8. They don't even see what I see, they would have as many people who download the Facebook app download their version of this and they could give u all the info you wanted to know they believe was right, millions of downloads, copy cats goneI don't think it's genuine.

9. Suspect how well it works may depend on a friend's FB settings as some friends seem spot on and others never show up.

10. Wish it could give time and date but I guess it's a rule until Facebook makes their own version of this.

11. Other times, I see a few profiles that also show in my friend suggestions, but I'm not all that convinced these ppl are really visiting my page.

1. Fix Social detective Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Social detective: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Social detective App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Social detective" » Open Social detective » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Social detective » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Social detective app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Social detective servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Social detective" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Social detective app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Social detective might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Social detective. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Social detective then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Social detective not working

2. Fix Social detective Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Social detective be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Social detective not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Social detective may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
