1. But FFS get it together.If I could give this a -5 I would! At the beginning it was a fantastic app! It was so much fun to keep track of my collections and be able to take Polish swatches and pictures of them and add descriptions and have people look at them and admire them and then tell me about their polishes and show me their swatches! I absolutely loved it and it kicked me out quite a while ago and I've been trying to get back into it only to find out it's no longer supported.

4. Was easy to navigate, easy to store photos of different collections, etc than... out for the blue, the app kept crashing.. most days wouldn't even load, just blank white screen with the ODD time it would actually load.

1. Fix Snupps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snupps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snupps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snupps" » Open Snupps - Collect Organize Shar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snupps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snupps - Collect Organize Shar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snupps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snupps - Collect Organize Shar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snupps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snupps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snupps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snupps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snupps not working

2. Fix Snupps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snupps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snupps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snupps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
