1. I do have a request because of my new phone, Android 11, the screen is scrunched up and it needs to be updated.It's Great!!! But I now paid for a professional version again yesterday... I installed this on Motorola E6S & then the new professional application shrunk and can't see the menu correctly, it seems that this Application should be made According to new Motorola E6S so that it functions better... Please refresh and provide Upgrades for this Applicati soon this will be very useful on Motorola E6S... Please Launch Upgrade of Play Store for this Wonderful Application soon... Very difficult to understand what the scope is doing and the numbers on the side even with the pro version.I am in contact with several of my faction I am a sirian starseed and they are communicating however it's all encrypted and this program does not decode the messages I can't hear what my people are saying okay.

3. I've been in contact with sirians, lyrans arcturians, andromedan, and even vega's and those from Venus but I can't decipher any of the wonderful messages that they're sending me it's awful the rest of the program works great they are coming through it's amazing.Great app.

4. tried to get more info on just the HUD info and they're support link goes to a blank page with a cut n paste email address for contact.

5. The tech and design seems sound... why is there no available instructions? If that were fixed, I'd review more favorably.

1. Fix Anomaly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anomaly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anomaly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anomaly" » Open Anomaly - Alien Detector PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anomaly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anomaly - Alien Detector PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anomaly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anomaly - Alien Detector PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anomaly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anomaly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anomaly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anomaly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anomaly not working

2. Fix Anomaly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anomaly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anomaly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anomaly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
