Why should I report an Issue with Slidejoy - Lockscreen Cash Rewards?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The first year it worked great, the second year it changed the conversion amount (1000 Carats for 1 dollar instead of 100 for 1 dollar), along with getting rid of some redemption options, and now the third year I am unable to redeem my carats and am unable to contact anybody to get this fixed.

2. If your phone times out or the survey requires you to close out of the app to enter another screen, say goodbye to the money you were hoping for! Its been months since they've had issues with Paypal, it should've been solved by now.

3. Three stars though because the Amazon gift cards do work, and I do appreciate that.Makes it so that I have to slide twice in order to open my phone which is annoying.

4. Now, everything is the same but they give very low points to the point that i think it's not worth for the data they use for ads and it's getting annoying for the lock screen with f*** low piont they give.

5. Not sure why, but Slidejoy just doesn't work on older devicesthere are 2 types of bad apps, ones that do harm to your system and files and others maliciously waste your time.

1. Fix Slidejoy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Slidejoy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Slidejoy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slidejoy" » Open Slidejoy - Lockscreen Cash Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slidejoy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slidejoy - Lockscreen Cash Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slidejoy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slidejoy - Lockscreen Cash Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slidejoy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slidejoy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Slidejoy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Slidejoy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Slidejoy not working

2. Fix Slidejoy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Slidejoy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Slidejoy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Slidejoy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
