1. Plus the user interface is very rudimentary & not easy to navigate.I was having a decent time using the app, but today (after a .month) the app started randomly acting like I had to log in again and going back and forth between the two screens.
2. New update version doesn't even load the persons profile I'm trying to view.

10. The interface is not as user friendly as it could be though, and you still get search results from other states, even after you apply the filter for distance.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SKOUT Issues
1. Fix SKOUT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart SKOUT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the SKOUT App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SKOUT" » Open SKOUT - Meet, Chat, Go Live » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SKOUT » click "UPDATE".
- Clear SKOUT - Meet, Chat, Go Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SKOUT servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SKOUT - Meet, Chat, Go Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check SKOUT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SKOUT might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall SKOUT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SKOUT then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SKOUT not working
2. Fix SKOUT Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SKOUT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SKOUT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SKOUT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Just joined skout but it says I need to verify picture ,I've tried this at least 20 times but it just has the whirling circle on the screen and won't work
