Support isn't replying to emails, still hasn't received my refund for tickets overall I would rate this app 0 if I could.One of the Great Application for Booking your Favourite Artist I'm using from long time and never disappoint meCity selection section should be easier, also it does not let you search for a city, you'll have to swipe horizontally and hope you don't miss your city.

I'd suggest skipping buying your passes from them and just getting to the venue to buy tickets there.I love how easy it is to search for events, how easy it is to RSVP, and how everything is visible in your account (and is also sent to your email for extra ease).Damm who let this buggy app into play store.

3. When trying to edit my post from the feed, at the bottom it says "something went wrong!" It's there another way to edit the post that I'm missing?Best UI and I watch the concert and that was amazing 😍Horrible experience trying to reach customer service , booked a fan ticket for bonobo show in Bangalore where I paid more than the VIP ticket .

1. Fix SkillBox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SkillBox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SkillBox App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SkillBox" » Open SkillBox - Everything live! » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SkillBox » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SkillBox - Everything live! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SkillBox servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkillBox - Everything live!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SkillBox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SkillBox might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SkillBox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SkillBox then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SkillBox not working


2. Fix SkillBox Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SkillBox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SkillBox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SkillBox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
