The site has convenient features to reach out like preformatted icebreaker questions & the frequent matching suggestions are appreciated.My subscription is still active and I have stopped recieving messages again this is not fair please look into it please am actually communicating with a match already now not recieving messages anymore this is not fairHorrible, worst experience ever!! Deceptive payment info and had to pay $79 for what was clearly $19.99/month. No reasoning with them and they didn't answer my questions, just a stock reply.

2. I chose 2 months but they charged me an amount of R1488....which I assume is a yrs subscription.....I have since contacted my bank, canceled my credit card, contacted this app...but they sent me a message to say that if I keep contacting them, my complaint would go back to the end of the line.

3. I just received a threaten email from the management that if I dont pay, they will engage external debt collection party to come after me!!!! This is the most horrible experience I ever encountered!!!Don't bother! Outrageously expensive.. cnt even see a msg or a pic unless you pay! And customer service are rude and won't justify why there is a massive price difference from when you join and then when you go to upgrade.

4. It gives you 3 options, I chose 1 month at £7.99 but when I checked my bank they had taken £191.37!!. I have requested to cancel membership immediately and a full refund.

5. But when I follow this it doesn't process and says: Please cancel your subscription directly in your Google Play account.

6. I have to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged for sgd 317 for 3 month services.

7. I have deleted this app without using it onceIt is almost impossible to cancel the premium subscription.

8. I chose to pay for 2 months subscription cos all the faces of the potential matches were blocked.

9. I recommend using the website instead!BEWARE -you can only see people if you pay for the upgrade.

10. It says: To edit your subscription please click here.

11. Now I have to cancel my card.
