1. I can't schedule showings (within showing cart) or change approval statuses for non showing time enabled listings from my phone, only the PC.
2. Great at wasting your time.This app worked great it helped confirm showings , cancellations and the feedback on the showing.
3. Also I can't get a useful version of a full cart (12+ showings in one trip) to be fully visible or to produce a map in the mobile app so the mobile showing cart feature is basically worthless at this point.
4. If it's system wide why wasn't an email or notification sent out to all accounts? The issue has still not been resolved and I still can not book showings for all of my clients.Edit: Can't create cart from app.
5. The few times it works, it is great, but lately that is maybe 1/10 times.Showing Cart doesn't have full functionality in the mobile app for me.
6. Instead of removing scheduled tours as they pass it keeps them so each time i arrive at home i have to scroll through all the tours from the day to get to tour im looking for.
7. If you have 30 showings scheduled, you have to scroll forever to get to new ones for approval (no filtering or hiding), and there's no way to broadcast updates to all scheduled showings.Don't expect this app to function well.
8. I was allowed to accept the showing, change the time and decline.
9. It will book your showings if it's not down and get you there unless it locks up and you need to restart your phone.
10. Desperately needs option to add showings already booked individually to a ShowingCart, and also the ability to text showings/ShowingCart tours/links to clients.
11. Yes the realtors should confirm when they are finished especially if you have children or pets to get away from the home for the showing...still not the apps fault..it has a way for the realtors to let you know the showing is complete.
I have no other listings at this time and only part time which means only list about 1 house a year. Do not need to keep paying for this service
