1. There's been multiple times where the same category has been split.Now you can only get credit if an item scans yet the scan feature doesn't work half the time and if you've already scanned an item on a previous trip you can't scan it again.
2. Buy more than one item and submit your receipt, they only give kicks on one item and you have to contact customer service to get remaining kicks.
3. There were occasional issues with points and technical glitches that would be resolved quickly with customer service or through an update.
4. I don't know the customer support email so I'm just making a review.Look, the app is nice, and scans and walk-in points are great, but redeeming points is when the issue comes in.
5. It's funny how they were the best last year and now are the worst of all couponing customer service.My experience has been the following: This app has too much room for improvement.
6. Edit: About 3 days after writing the original review customer service reached out and fixed the issue.
7. Purchase something online, wait the 60 days for them to show up in your account but they don't- you have to contact customer service to get them.
8. I started using this when it was new, 2013 or 2014 and it was fun, kicks were ready and plentiful and I quickly made week over $100 in gift cards.
9. Now they argue and even when you provide receipt, picture of item with matching description and blood of first born.
10. You'll waste your time and money having to open tickets and return items to the store.
11. That maybe wouldn't be too bad if the videos would work! But most of the time they disappear after clicking on them.
