1. And the update wasn't a bug fix, it actually made the app unusable.Before I was using FUP Combo Pack but I changed into single fibernet subscription but no use not able to login for fibernet even I cannot recharge online.
2. Shops are far far away from my home Please make a different app or give us login option for fibernet and allow us to recharge online because there is a option in IME Pay or in Esewa for fibernet recharge but no use otherwise waste of time waste of service waste of money.
3. This is disgusting 🤢 Morever the speed of internet is not reasonable that has frequent issues in daily basis...................Why this app is saying, user with this customer ID doesn't exist.
4. Doesn't even function properly, I can't login with my phone number, it says user doesn't exist.
5. And asking login again and again.Please tell me what should I do? If I try to log in this app say 'sorry!! User with this costomer id doesn't exist.
6. So uninstalling it.Fibernet, it firstly lowered the monthly fee and also connection charge which attracted alots of customers which is a good thing, BUT, now it has started increasing fees by 50%.
7. I never suggest any one to use this net and single star for very low price.😑Worst app Having problem to get login from since 4-5 month but still the condition is same.
8. Terrible app, it looks like it's from 1990, absolutely terrible design and user experience, terrible color combination.
