1. How does this happen when I never even got my first match nor like?? When I never even interacted with anybody but yet I get banned immediately after opening itIt crashed and doesn't load it say error can't load feista aware of problem .Very bad app,i was pay in money and trying but it's worth of time not any coming friend and some come all are fake idGot banned for some report and they dont even want to tell me why i got banned or to warn me.

3. I have opened the app twice and it doesn't work for me, i don't get likes nor matches and whenever i send a message to the support team i get a response that i have been banned for commercial activities.

1. Fix Fiesta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fiesta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fiesta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fiesta" » Open Fiesta by Tango - Find, Meet a » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fiesta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fiesta by Tango - Find, Meet a app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fiesta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fiesta by Tango - Find, Meet a" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fiesta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fiesta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fiesta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fiesta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fiesta not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fiesta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fiesta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fiesta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
