1. if you aren't patient like me I don't 10/10 recommend.The app looks very nice and everything but the problem is that whenever I click "Save" it begins processing the video and etc but then when it says "Processing Video" an Alert pops up twice saying "Error" and nothing else and the screen remains there saying "Processing Video".

2. It doesn't work 😕 It will show the clip you copy linked on the SaveTok screen but will not save to my device.

3. Could you please fix this?It's ok, should have option to create folders to keep all tik tok videos of the same group organized.

4. Rather disappointed 😞 After contact from the owner/designer of this app and letting him know where the glitch was, he has now identified and fixed the issue.

1. Fix SaveTok Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SaveTok: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SaveTok App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SaveTok" » Open SaveTok - Save Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SaveTok » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SaveTok - Save Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SaveTok servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SaveTok - Save Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SaveTok app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SaveTok might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SaveTok. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SaveTok then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SaveTok not working

2. Fix SaveTok Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SaveTok be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SaveTok not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SaveTok may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
