1. Overall this is a wonderful app and it takes a lot of work to organize an app like this and give all these books out for free! Great work i admire the creators.I enjoy the reads, albeit the selections are somewhat scanty.

1. Fix Books and Audiobooks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Books and Audiobooks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Books and Audiobooks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Books and Audiobooks" » Open Books and Audiobooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Books and Audiobooks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Books and Audiobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Books and Audiobooks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Books and Audiobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Books and Audiobooks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Books and Audiobooks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Books and Audiobooks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Books and Audiobooks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Books and Audiobooks not working
