Also, it's supposed to be a free trial at first ,but tried to charge me $1.06 just to "verify" my identity.I decided to try this service because I wanted to listen to a book series I loved as a child, but not only do they not have said book series, there's no way for me to cancel my subscription.

2. I was unaware of when the trial ended and that was even signed into a free trial until I was charged.They didn't have any of the books I was hoping to read or access audio books from, so it wasn't right for me.

3. I canceled my free trial subscription as soon as it began- they were very responsive via email and within just a couple hours I received a cancel verification.

4. The readers were either mind numbingly boring, fraught with annoying vocal inflections or stumbling over words and mispronouncing them.Beware of fine print!!! Also when you download your automatically signed up for their free trial.

5. That said, I sent an email stating that I would like to cancel and they confirmed in less than 24 hours that my membership had been cancelled and I would not be charged.

6. I assumed that the app had free content since i didn't look at the fine print of the terms that we all agree to had the information that after 30 days of using the app you will be charged.

1. Fix Unlimited AudioBooks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unlimited AudioBooks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unlimited AudioBooks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unlimited AudioBooks" » Open Unlimited AudioBooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unlimited AudioBooks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unlimited AudioBooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unlimited AudioBooks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unlimited AudioBooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unlimited AudioBooks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unlimited AudioBooks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unlimited AudioBooks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unlimited AudioBooks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unlimited AudioBooks not working

2. Fix Unlimited AudioBooks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unlimited AudioBooks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Unlimited AudioBooks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Unlimited AudioBooks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
