1. Dave is an American treasure but I am not going to pay to chat with other supporters.I'm a fan of Dave's and I appreciate the intent but I'm not a fan of pay to play for this type of content.

2. But I LOVE the concept, community, creativity and things to come!! Mostly, Dave is awesome!!It's a really clean interface that's easy to understand.

3. Most of them have free content somewhere else, so this is kinda their repository/home base for paid content.This is a fantastic app! I gave it 4 stars because, as great as it is, it has a tiny bit of room for improvement.

4. The only reason I have 4 stars vs 5, is the interface is a little chunky and hard to manipulate (i.e. skip fwd/back through video/audio)Really limited interaction without paying to subscribe, but then again the point is to make these folks self sufficient and uncancelable, so I get it.

5. Sometimes when I hit back it asks me if I want to return to a community, it doesn't tell me what community I'm going to be returning to despite which option I pick.

6. Otherwise fun to use while following one person at a timeLove the app and ability to listen to Dave without going through YouTube.

7. It would be great if it automatically played the next video also because I love listening to it while I drive and phone goes to sleep so requires attn.

8. Other times you press back and it just exit the app without telling you it's going to exit the app then you have to launch it and try to figure out how to get where you were going again.

1. Fix Rubin Report Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rubin Report: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rubin Report App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rubin Report" » Open Rubin Report » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rubin Report » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rubin Report app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rubin Report servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rubin Report" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rubin Report app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rubin Report might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rubin Report. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rubin Report then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rubin Report not working

2. Fix Rubin Report Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rubin Report be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rubin Report not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rubin Report may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
