1. The previous app worked.Account Management setting includes, Sign out and Subscribe... REALLY? Not that it's difficult to navigate the app... There's no navigation outside the articles!It constantly blocks content saying I have to subscribe, yet I have an account and they take my money every month.
2. How clever! How aggravating when I'm already paying $70 per month for reading content laden with ads.Stories that aren't marked as subscriber only are being put behind a "Become a subscriber to read more!" paywall.
3. I am receiving various error messages and cannot sign in and read the articles I'm paying for through my N-S subscription.
4. You used to be able to navigate directly to the stories to read them once they popped up in your notifications bar but now if you read more than a few stories a week/month you are blocked by the app unless you "Choose To Become A Subscriber", which is really NOT a choice behind a pay model.
5. Then, the local Knoxville News office sends me an additional bill for $9.99/mo and they do not acknowledge this subscription.
6. I almost canceled instead of renewing because it took so long and had to repeat my address and credit card number so many times I thought I was being scammed.
7. Unwilling to pay for a subscription because of previous user experience, and experiences of other users as detailed by the reviews.This app doesn't work.
