3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Don't believe the hype; this is going to take a lot of work as well.You only get access to scholarships if you pay a monthly subscription, which contradicts the whole point of scholarships!! Rip off, do not download.Wont let me log in to my account via the app and the website won't let me apply to any scholarships without paying for premium, so pretty pointless in my opinion.

As a non-military, non-minority grad student in my 6th year, they didn't really have any scholarships I qualified for, but the search function enabled me to figure that out quickly, and awesome support is so very hard to find that I felt it was worth the review.ScholarshipOwl as a website is great, but all of the best features of the website aren't on the app.

3. Stick to the FREE online websites instead!!Very clean and easy to use, when looking on the requirements page it doesn't seem to be finished because I'm just seeing random letters on all of them.I cannot seem to be able to cancel my subscription and there's nothing on the app that gives me any email or contact information for anyone to reach out to for me to cancel my subscription.

I had plans for the $30 that was taken out of my account but unfortunately I can't cancel my subscription because there's nothing on this app that tells me howJust downloaded the app but its a pity am having trouble filing the aspect of " college enrollment date" my enrollment year was 2006 and d least year in the form is 2014.

5. Do not use, google is as good a resource for finding scholarships.Many scholarships listed, yes, but that auto apply does not actually work for a LARGE majority as most scholarships have requirements that you must manually do.

6. If nothing is done ,am sorry i will have to uninstall the app.No meaningful scholarship app will require you to pay a monthly subscription to access scholarships.

7. I would be more likely to use the app if it was exactly like the website, but without features like showing the number of scholarship applicants or showing the winner announcement dates, it's not convenient to use the app instead of the website.Is pretty good so far.

8. You're only given decent ones if you can afford to pay for the subscription, which is high and if you don't renew it be ready FOR A TON OF SPEM EMAILS! So better and not as much a Ripoff as Scholly.

9. *Updated review: So have not received ANY thing AT ALL from the scholarships AT ALL.

1. Fix ScholarshipOwl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ScholarshipOwl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ScholarshipOwl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScholarshipOwl" » Open ScholarshipOwl » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScholarshipOwl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ScholarshipOwl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScholarshipOwl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScholarshipOwl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ScholarshipOwl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScholarshipOwl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ScholarshipOwl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScholarshipOwl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScholarshipOwl not working

2. Fix ScholarshipOwl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScholarshipOwl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ScholarshipOwl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ScholarshipOwl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
