1. Had an audio book swap between two narrators once in a while, for no good reason.Good selection of books but the app is having lots of annoying issues, the worst is bookmarks disappear, often the button for bookmark is not even shown, next time you use the app it can be there..! It's very frustrating having to do a screenshot every time you stop so you can find the page again.. This is a essential part of a ebook reader that must workContent is good, but the reading app is unfortunately full of bugs in both navigation and highlights.

2. If Saxo does not show it on their front page, you are tough out of luck finding the next book if you don't have a specific title or author to search for.

3. Having to set a bookmark to find your page is so tedious.There is no way of searching for books, and the filters are a mess.

4. I bought premium and regret it, because you can't even see books that are included.The search function for books is ruined by not being able to filter results.

5. It feels as quite a downgrade compared to other reading apps.Sometimes skips pages or jump to other part of book.

6. If you are looking for inspiration on what to read next within some defined genres then look elsewhere and try other services.Only works with full internet access, no offline mode.

7. Only option is to note what page you are on and use that to navigate to next.The app really should be able to sync automatically between devices.

8. Cannot navigate to chapters and can sometimes not jump to next page at end of chapter.

9. Browsing for books by category is impossible...Easy to use, so far I have had no issues.

10. No option to actively filter between content - not even an option to dive into a specific genre.

11. "Search" function is severely lacking in quality.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Saxo Issues

1. Fix Saxo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Saxo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Saxo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Saxo" » Open Saxo: Audiobooks & E-books » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Saxo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Saxo: Audiobooks & E-books app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Saxo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Saxo: Audiobooks & E-books" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Saxo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Saxo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Saxo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Saxo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Saxo not working

2. Fix Saxo Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Saxo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Saxo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Saxo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
