1. Thank youPretty great! and I love the great lifetime subscription one-time fee! I just have one question and two requests...how can I remove my password completely (like not use one at all)? Also, could you guys make it so that we could add on to the "What to do" prompts? Like if we did it, and how did it go? (That's really the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5.) Additionally, would you guys consider letting people make custom pages?This app doesn't allow me to open my notes from By Types.

2. i change the account on my phone but it didn't change anything:(( 14.02.19 if i have two these apps on my phone and their backups on one Google drive, when i'll delete one of the backups and will have the app on my phone, his information will be saved or not?This app would be given a 5 stars only if we could add our own title orr start off in your own way.

3. It would be lovely if you add a dark theme for this 😊 Edit :- Hey the back-up "save all" feature is not working anymore! Like I'm clicking on save all from back-up but it is taking a hell lot of time and I have kept my phone for 30 mins and it is still showing "saving" but doing nothing.

4. the only things I would LOVE to see in future updates is the ability to sync the app between my devices (i have the app on my phone and tablet) And I would live to be able to take a photo in the project planner section.

1. Fix My creative diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My creative diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My creative diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My creative diary" » Open My creative diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My creative diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My creative diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My creative diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My creative diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My creative diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My creative diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My creative diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My creative diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My creative diary not working

2. Fix My creative diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My creative diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My creative diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My creative diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
