1. Otherwise great app for watching out for your kids with a hidden app.It's amazing so far! Can screen mirror my kids phones and also listen to what is being said by them while they use the phone even if they are not using it I can still tap in and check on them with both of them things I can control their apps and the screen usage daily and set a time of when they can't use the phone unless I approve it like at night or during school hours besides lunch time I allow that in case something they need, but when I try to see the daily usage screen it loads nonstop!Worked great the 1st 2 days, but now the 1 way audio, screen mirroring, and option to watch through the camera no longer works (4 days now).

2. Althought the screen mirroring and audio and voice access is good... I really wanted an app that I can view ALL text messages incoming and outgoing.

3. Only thing I've noticed tho is when you go to screen mirror, a pop up does come up for half a second on the device you are monitoring (I decided to check that before giving the device back) so can't really watch their screen unless you start before they are on their phone.

4. Then second time phone died and when powered on it stopped working again.. I have all permissions granted but it keeps doing it and I really want to get premium but not if this keeps happening.. it's on a Samsung device.

5. Used to love this app recently they doing update every so many days and every time they do an update I have to redownload the permissions on the other phone and basically reinstall everything and set it up all over again.

6. Finally I only get incoming texts not outgoing and if multiple people text at the same time I can't see the messages.

7. It basically won't allow me to use the one way audio or screen mirroring because the device I am accessing is already in access... BY ME! Even though I am not accessing it and am trying to.

8. I hope with this new update the issue with the screen freezing is fixed.This app has a lot to offer and I like all that it does, along with the free trial.

9. However, my issue is with the texts my daughter SENDS to people.The app worked fine and the features were great, then the bug came.

10. You CANT see outgoing texts and you CANT see all text messages in one area.

11. Get a notification only when a text is RECEIVED but can't see from who OR what was it said OR any outgoing texts.

1. Fix AirDroid Parental Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AirDroid Parental Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AirDroid Parental Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirDroid Parental Control" » Open AirDroid Parental Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirDroid Parental Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AirDroid Parental Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirDroid Parental Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirDroid Parental Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AirDroid Parental Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirDroid Parental Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AirDroid Parental Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirDroid Parental Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AirDroid Parental Control not working

2. Fix AirDroid Parental Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AirDroid Parental Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AirDroid Parental Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AirDroid Parental Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
