1. When installed on the A11, it says that it only works with Samsung phones and gives option to uninstall.It keeps telling us that the Samsung Galaxy A11 and A21 are not Samsung devices.
2. As I currently have no SEA agent assigned to my store, this is very frustrating.Works great, several called out incompatibility with entry level devices, I always assumed the A0x's just didn't have the resources to handle it.
3. But everything I've seen this year has handled it fine.It keeps telling me that my device isn't a demo but it is- not sure how to fix this.
4. Samsung provided us a different demo (screen saver) for those devices.
5. It's been 4 days now and it's still doing it.Great for most retail Samsung devices.
6. Unable to install demo mode for store demo because of this.this applications does in fact contain not 1 but rather 3 ways to get new shoes so it is a very good deal.
7. I have signed out and back in on a separate Samsung device and it worked fine.
8. Hopefully it's fixed soon!Keeps saying the A21 is not a Samsung device.
9. I have also contacted the email for the app developer and the address doesn't exist as the email comes back every time as not able to deliver.
10. When logging in, the device says my password is incorrect every time.
11. Retail mode has always worked well for me.
