1. The app seemed awesome, until I can't get into it.New update won't let us log in and customer service hasn't been helpful and all my account information on life science's website has been wiped out.

2. Can you fix this issue asap!I love this app, even though it is outdated and not updated at all it still contains really great information and it's available on my phone which is ideal.

3. Customer service was easy to work with and the update was timely.I'm giving a 2 based on referral from others... BUT... I cannot open the app.

4. Update: When I first purchased this app, I was able to download it and log in, but it would crash every time I tried to open any of the menu options, which was a huge disappointmenr.

10. HOWEVER: can't get into it anymore! Asking for a email and password, won't accept the one I have written down and gives No Option to recover or change the password.

1. Fix Pocket On the Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pocket On the Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pocket On the Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pocket On the Go" » Open Pocket On the Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pocket On the Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pocket On the Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pocket On the Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pocket On the Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pocket On the Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pocket On the Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pocket On the Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pocket On the Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pocket On the Go not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pocket On the Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pocket On the Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pocket On the Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
