1. I can not search a crystal if I'm unsure of what it is.Love the app, really great! Just wondering though, next time it's updated, would it be worth putting the stones and crystals in colour sections? Just thinking they might be easier to search for if the person knows the colour of them but not the name.Crystal Lovers Jackpot! 1. Restart Crystal Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crystal Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crystal Guide" » Open Crystal Guide® Pocket Edition » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crystal Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crystal Guide® Pocket Edition app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crystal Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crystal Guide® Pocket Edition" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crystal Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crystal Guide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crystal Guide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crystal Guide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crystal Guide not working
