Rumble Customer Insights

1. I'm not tracking my exact spot in a video while in the field, neither is Rumble, makes it my 4th or 5th pick to use.Rumble never keeps track of the videos I've watched or where my point was in the video when it constantly takes me out of the video.

2. The videos still play even when you lock your phone's screen so that's an upside if you just want to listen to a video while multitasking.

3. Love Rumble but would love it even more if it saved my spot in the video I am watching.

4. I can play a video in the background now, even if locking my device which I love..The only thing that I feel could be improved is scrolling backwards using the bar is difficult.

5. Rumble doesn't track progress in a video, so if you leave and come back, like if it randomly closes, it starts the video over.

6. But until the last update rumble was able to play in the background while I did other things on my phone.

7. It's missing a basic feature which is a search filter that would allow you to only see videos uploaded today, within a week, etc.

8. The full screen button closes the video.

9. If I pause it and come back after maybe 20 min, sometimes less, it refreshes and starts at the beginning again.Rumble is More popular for alternative information then you too because YouTube does not like anything that gets close to the truth.

10. Help!I want to love rumble as some of my favorite commentators have moved here from YouTube.

11. It allowed you to minimize a video to the background and you could continue listening to it while you did something else.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Rumble Issues

1. Fix Rumble Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Rumble: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Rumble App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rumble" » Open Rumble » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rumble » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Rumble app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rumble servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rumble" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Rumble app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rumble might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Rumble. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rumble then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rumble not working


2. Fix Rumble Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rumble be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rumble not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rumble may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Regrettably, am currently seeking ways other than Rumble to view Before Its News podcasts.
    Repetitious ads are not only overbearing, but require frequent interruptions to skip (especially while driving or doing other tasks).
    The mentality of those using Before Its News is to avoid propaganda, and "brainwashing", so there's a built in aversion to this sort of programming.
    Earlier on, when there was an ad at the beginning of a podcast, one could hear it or skip it, but then proceed to hear an uninterrupted presentation. By bombarding listeners with repetitious ads, you'll demonstrate the "law of diminishing returns". Running the same ad repeatedly shows a distrust that the listener "caught it the first time" or is even smart enough not to require multiple reminders. This practice also wreaks of "The Hen That Laid the Golden Egg", wherein Rumble is chopping off the goose's head to reach in and grab more eggs (only to kill the goose --two eggs at a time, when ads are back-to-back?).

  • I know you are trying to make money by adding ads but there are too many to make watching enjoyable. I watch a lot of video clips/podcasts on Rumble. I can deal with the commercials on the front end before the clip starts but the constant interruption of the clip with commercials inserted throughout is very annoying and makes it hard to watch. Especially since most of the broadcasters have their own sponsors that they do ads for during their broadcast. Please consider changing this. Steve Vale

  • I lost mt email account by a hacker and the account is closed, I need to change my email. My Rumble account will not let me in as I can not remember my password and all the tries to get in have been futile. I tried new password it did not work.     On the android app, the signin & signup buttons open the website. On the signup page, the button for Ts & Cs and Privacy Policy does not work so it's impossible to signup. And the signin button does not work at all.
    The IOS app does not have this issue at all, though. But I want to sign up on Android.

  • I hope this is an appropriate place to get help with this question. I could not find any other means to email Rumble for support. Most of my videos on "Uncommon Perspective" are monetized. I would like to delete them and then upload them again without any of them being monetized. I did read that monetized videos could not be deleted, but I thought I would try and see what happens. I assumed I would be locked out of that option I was able to delete a monetized video - I was surprised. So the question is: Can I actually delete a monetized video?

  • After successfully watching Rumble on my Roku device, I am asked to log in. My log in credentials don’t work and the code listed doesn’t have a spot on the rumble.com/pair site to enter the code. I have tried changing my log in credentials but to no avail. By the way, everything else on my Roku is fine. Your help would be appreciated..

  • I began having issues with rumble not loading my subscriptions. Then the whole page was blank. Restarted my phone, deleted app to reinstall. Now it won’t reinstall. Just spins. And stops. Says it’s still in my app section, just ‘open’ it. But no, it just spins. Works on my smart tv. So I can’t delete it totally off the phone or sign in. Only app having issues on my iPhone.

  • I can access and load my Rumble on my Android but can no longer do this on my computer it will not load. I have no problems with any other website and my temp files are clear. This happens when I try going directly to the website and using links on the Truth website.

  • You helping Russians to spread false media, which can cause a lot of disastrous consequences. If Russians told that there is laboratory where are dangerous pathogens for research , its simply means that Russians preparing to use bacteriological or biological attack and uses false information to make us believe that is Ukrainians fault.
