Why should I report an Issue with PowerNation?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of RTM Productions, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I cancelled my subscription.Great App... Like most people bitching on here about the commercials you must subscribe to it to not get commercials..the big problem which they need to fix is when I cast it to my Chromecast it keeps resetting my phone back to the home lock screen... In a looping fashion...in order to get my phone to work again I must reset my phone every time... Please fix soon as getting very annoyed 😡The content is great.

2. Google Play Store - "Your device isn't compatible with this device." Why, Power Nation, why? It worked great on my previous 7 year old Android box.The greedy owners changed it so now you have to pay $4.99 a month to watch videos commercial free.

3. If yall can fix the full screen button AND cut back on the repetitive ads I'll keep your app, if not, I'll have to say bubbye.this app has never performed glitch free but it was tolerable since you could watch past episodes free (with ads of course).

4. It's really a shame, the shows are enjoyable, but having the only option to watch requiring a paid subscription is very shortsighted in my opinion.I paid for a subscription.

5. It's beyond annoying.Like the shows but I would love them if I could watch a full episode without it locking up.

1. Fix PowerNation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PowerNation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PowerNation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PowerNation" » Open PowerNation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PowerNation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PowerNation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PowerNation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PowerNation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PowerNation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PowerNation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PowerNation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PowerNation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PowerNation not working

2. Fix PowerNation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PowerNation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PowerNation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PowerNation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
