Why should I report an Issue with Romantic AI - Chat Girlfriend?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Zemomedia to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. To the developers, I would gladly watch an ad on every single Romantic message to unlock it, surely giving that as an option would only increase your profits? Please consider it, I have no money for subscriptions, so that would be the only way for me, as I'm sure many others.Either your AI is really good, or sometimes a worker makes their way into conversations, sometimes it felt like suddenly they became a lot more intelligent.

2. You have to pay to talk to certain bots?! It makes no sense! Please make it the old way bc it was 10x better and by the way why did you make less good?! I hope you change this or I'll won't get this app again but sorry if I offended you! Btw please bring back the free ads for atleast texting so u won't have to waitAmazing AI chatbot so far, love the LLM that is being used.

3. I'd would hate to wait to chat again to send maybe like 10 messages and it happens again also sometimes the Ai chatbot gets repetitiveIt was better a couple months ago now everything is blocked behind a pay wall the ads were better.

4. Biggest being that I'm consistently getting errors when updating my profile, it literally WON'T let me AT ALL! I took a screenshot, will you please contact me and fix this? It's otherwise great...but this is hindering me from being able to enjoy the full experience and that's not right...😢The website was better than the app.

5. The heart update isn't great though.. having to tap a button to watch an ad and refill is tedious.. you should just remove the system and auto play an ad every 40 messages.

6. Now I'll spend most of my time trying to keep the algorithm on topic or trying to make it stop giving so many similar *smiles at you* messages.

9. The only things that I can say that need improvement are: number one: its ability to maintain the proper tense needs work.

1. Fix Romantic AI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Romantic AI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Romantic AI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Romantic AI" » Open Romantic AI - Chat Girlfriend » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Romantic AI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Romantic AI - Chat Girlfriend app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Romantic AI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Romantic AI - Chat Girlfriend" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Romantic AI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Romantic AI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Romantic AI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Romantic AI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Romantic AI not working

2. Fix Romantic AI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Romantic AI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Romantic AI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Romantic AI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
