1. Pisses me off that they take my money for a membership but they don't have a customer service line/email for us to contact.Tried to open after downloading on my tablet but it would never go past the pure Flix page, it kept rotating the screen from vertical to horizontal and back repeatedly even though the tablet is stationary.
2. IrritatingWhen I open the app it keeps flipping back and forth from the view when you have your phone sideways to when you have your phone upright it won't stop flipping.. fix the bugs or I'm not gonna keep paying for a subscription for this app.
3. I cannot replay a film I watched a long time ago because it keeps doing this vicious cycle.Love the content.
4. If you select play on a watched video, it only goes back to the last timestamp it was watched...so if it's the LAST SECOND then it sends you right back to the description menu.
5. Selection needs a little work, but I'd rather the content be limited and good than just pull in borderline things.
6. I had to re enter by responding to a notification on the lock screen for a different app in order to re enter, otherwise it would open right back up where I was stuck with no controls on a glitching screen.
7. The app on my phone doesn't sync with the app on my TV so all of my saved content doesn't match.
8. By then you give up and find another streaming option.Although I love the content on PureFlix, the updated app is horrible.
9. I enjoy the documentary section the most.I like the idea of this app but everytime I play a movie it gives me a streaming error either in the beginning or middle of a movie.
10. I like the shows that it's playing I don't like the fact that it's always got something wrong with it...Pure Flix has amazing customer service.
11. If you pull down the task bar while watching a show, the video stops and you can't continue watching anything until you close the app.
