Why should I report an Issue with RL Garage for Rocket League?

Things like sometimes the app won't load when you start it up so you have to wait an hour then try again, there's a bug that when you load in there sometimes isn't a filter button, if you load into the app with your screen horizontally the trades are huge and you can't even read them then when you change it back to verticle they stay huge.The app is great.

2. I'd be willing to change the rating if I could even actually use the appThis app was really good! I use it all of the time, and it's useful for getting in quick and easy trades.

8. The only two ways I can close out of an ad are clicking on it and quickly closing the Chrome tab, or closing the app and reopening it.This app is very useful for trading items but there is only one thing that could make the app better in my opinion.

9. But anytime i click show price details it just shows an infinite loading screen.

10. Freezing white screens, crashes, can't comment when logged in, can't type fast without text glitches, have to force stop and reinstall constantly... Too many issues to list.

1. Fix RL Garage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RL Garage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RL Garage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RL Garage" » Open RL Garage for Rocket League » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RL Garage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RL Garage for Rocket League app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RL Garage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RL Garage for Rocket League" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RL Garage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RL Garage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RL Garage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RL Garage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RL Garage not working

2. Fix RL Garage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RL Garage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RL Garage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RL Garage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
